ATM & User-friendliness



Demand ratio of any consumer device is directly proportional with the user friendliness, the more users friendly it will be the bigger will be the demand of that product.
 If we talk about atm touch screen kiosk machine, I can discuss its features without any hesitation that they are very user friendly. We should give credit to the developers and the engineers of this state of the art device, as they have transformed one very complex process of cash transaction into such a simple course. There are many different and valuable reasons behind the popularity of ATM’s but I will vote user friendliness out of the all. The biggest attraction which is adding value to it and making it handy is the touch screen feature of the ATM.
       Same convenience can be experienced in self service touch screen kiosk and other related piece of equipments. Self service touch screen kiosks and self service ticket vending machines are some of the good examples of user friendliness.
These days use of technology and hi tech devices like laptops and tablet pc’s is very common. In order to understand the right way to satisfy the customer is through their feed backs, it is an international law and practiced by almost all the certified organizations that they always pay respect to their customer’s opinion and try to solve their concerns on time.
