ATM WITHDRALS IN SOUTH AFRICA

According to recent reports from different ATM news platforms it has been declared that the month of January 2013 in South Africa was quite low as far as cash withdrawals are concerned. The second bad drop was seen in the month of February when the expected amount of withdrawals remained low and cash index operators in South Africa told us that this survey has been carried out after looking the transactional record of 2000 Arms in SA.
South African ATM machine manufacturers said that they have very close picture of ATM cash withdrawals and they are comparing old results with the present stats, in order to predict the future cash withdrawals. It has been declared by some popular Self service check in kiosk providers including automatic teller machine businessmen that during this Easter it seems like graph of cash withdrawals will increase as during holidays people normally spend on travelling and amusement.
Concluding statements from top economists are that it’s not necessarily going to happen and predictions by just looking the importance of upcoming events and holiday one should not forecast the future results. This is the reason why ATM industrialists are little worried about the drop in the transactions and few main reasons behind this drop are considered as unemployment and global financial crises.

ATM & User-friendliness

Demand ratio of any consumer device is directly proportional with the user friendliness, the more users friendly it will be the bigger will be the demand of that product.
If we talk about atm touch screen kiosk machine, I can discuss its features without any hesitation that they are very user friendly. We should give credit to the developers and the engineers of this state of the art device, as they have transformed one very complex process of cash transaction into such a simple course. There are many different and valuable reasons behind the popularity of ATM’s but I will vote user friendliness out of the all. The biggest attraction which is adding value to it and making it handy is the touch screen feature of the ATM.
Same convenience can be experienced in self service touch screen kiosk and other related piece of equipments. Self service touch screen kiosks and self service ticket vending machines are some of the good examples of user friendliness.
These days use of technology and hi tech devices like laptops and tablet pc’s is very common. In order to understand the right way to satisfy the customer is through their feed backs, it is an international law and practiced by almost all the certified organizations that they always pay respect to their customer’s opinion and try to solve their concerns on time.

ATM & ONLINE BANKING

What is the difference between the use of online banking and ATM? As the time is passing by, it is continuously bringing countless constructive alterations in a daily routine of a common man.

Few days back; words like internet & atm touch screen kiosk machine were meaningless. Internet came into our lives with lots of diversities. Online banking is something born with the internet and now online or internet banking is so common in our world that without this facility everyone will be paralyzed & all the operations like online funds transfer and balance inquiry etc. will be gone forever.

Since self service touch screen kiosk technology has been introduced to us we are flying high and without any hesitation we operate ATM machines for consecutive time without asking any body and regardless of the timings whether its day or midnight.
Comparison is very simple, to operate ATM we have to travel from our home or office to the nearby cash dispensing facility but online we just have to sit on our sofa with laptop and an internet connection.
Through ATM we can acquire hard cash in hand at the spot, while through internet we transfer virtual money which can be later withdraw by the help of pay order or cash draft by the bank. The most important fact is that ATM & online banking facility both have their own significance.

FACE RECOGNITION SYSTEM

Why is this so important to recognize the ATM user? I think it is very obvious that in order to find out about the fraudsters and to identify the criminal elements out of the thousands of customers using this facility on daily basis is not an easy job.
That’s why atm touch screen kiosk machine is equipped with high definition camera to provide complete and detailed camera work. Normally we often observe signs like “Smile!” or “Camera is watching you!” on the gas stations and subways beside the wall where ATM is installed.
It has been examined that this face recognition system has shown very positive outputs by helping the law enforcement agencies in seizing numerous robbers and ATM skimmers.
Providing information through self service touch screen kiosk is very popular now days and in fact it is getting enough popularity among the customers.
Fast living standards have exerted huge amount of pressure on the manufactures and may be this is the reason; we see products like photo kiosks or ticket vending kiosks in the market.
Daily rush routine is not allowing us to take out some extra time for such additional activities which are too as important as other everyday jobs.

HI-TECH BLUNDERS

I would like to share a blunder today which happened during the happy New Year evening. Lloyds let down all its customers’ hopes and excitement due to an IT failure which occurred just few hours before the fun blast of New Year.
One after another there bigger trouble occurred after the account access shut down in the town and the bank officials said that due to heavy load of customers online, checking their balance and deposit histories serious load at online access to bank accounts along with the access to atm touch screen kiosk machine was also disabled.
Director of one of the popular IT Company, predicted that problems like IT failures and other technical issues will remain alive unless improvement in performance and quality of the self service touchscreen kiosk will be implemented by adding valuable changes in engineering and architecture of the ATM’s.
I will conclude this paragraph in this manner that mistakes and errors do arise but the one who remain consistent towards the improvement and betterment of its product, surely become successful. Now is the right time in this technological era to prove our dedication by reducing the IT failures and by gaining the maximum trust of our customers.
